If you are booked on the tour extension then we ride in the Kuiseb river delta. This area is sparsely populated with the Topnaar tribes who are a clan of the Nama people. They inhabited this area since the early 1800s. Surviving off the Narra plant. The ride will take you through a green delta covered in small sand dunes. The further we ride up the river the bigger the dunes will get, some reaching well beyond 300m. A camp will be built in these sand dunes.
