Diana is a diligent Colombiana with a university degree in business and economy. Diana is in charge of the administration and human resource of the growing business and staff. Everything is run from Motolombia’s HQ in Cali, a bustling metropolitan city where Mike and Diana live full time with their girls.

Karen is the first person to welcome customers and always ready to give a helping hand to make sure everyone is ready. She handles logistic, hotel reservations, airport transfers and make sure all the paperwork is in order before customers head on on their tours or rentals.

Jhoner is a professional mechanic with years of experience with Honda Motorcycle in Cali, before starting to work for Motolombia. Jhoner doubles as support truck driver for bigger group tours and is just an all round great guy. Jhoner is quick to help out with anything necessary to keep the tour rolling.

Dennis, a German that came to Motolombia with a bag full of experience guiding tours in Chile, Argentina, Peru and Brazil for a few years with our colleagues at Compass Expeditions. Dennis has a background in Germany as a trial rider competing and winning championships both as a solo rider and with sidecar.

Marijn, originally from Holland, has been living in Colombia for 5 years and is married to a local girl with whom he has a child. Marijn is an avid motorcycle rider and traveler and has great local knowledge and language skills. Marijn has a background in the Dutch special forces and is great at solving issues on the go.
